I'm used to saying that helping people has always been my hobby! As a DE nurse for over 25 years, particularly in the Mobile Palliative Care Team, I've always listened to people in care in a genuine and caring way. So, helping others has always been an obvious choice and a real pleasure.<\/p>\n
My training as a Somatotherapist (El\u00e9menTerre-Formations) has only confirmed this impetus, giving priority to the time of the encounter, benevolence, welcoming the person in all his or her wholeness, connecting body and mind in the helping relationship.<\/p>\n
I have also become a trainer in Relational Touch for nursing staff.<\/p>\n
I am trained in IFS (levels 1 and 2), Polyvagal Theory (with Quantum Way), EFT and Rebirthing. I also use tools from Gestalt therapy, NLP, Bioenergetics, Focusing and Mind Clarification.<\/p>\n
The discovery of IR (aptly named!) added a neurobiological and scientific understanding of the relationships at play, emotional wounds, behavioral patterns and traumas, enabling us to go further in our accompaniment.<\/p>\n
The IR therapist's genuine and authentic commitment is a real source of repair for wounds and traumas. It re-educates an autonomic nervous system deregulated by the accumulation of life's stresses. And that changes everything! Little by little, people regain their inner security and autonomy. There's nothing magical about it: we repair a nervous system through a secure relationship.
