After more than 15 years as a school teacher, I decided to make a different contribution to the development of children by accompanying their parents.
I then trained in family coaching, Positive Discipline\u00ae, Mindfulness Education, the Relational Intelligence\u00ae therapeutic model and Polyvagal Theory (TPV).\u00a0
In the course of the meetings that followed, I realized that my support was not just for parents, but could clearly benefit all adults wishing to change their relationship with themselves and others.
Today, I work with adults of all ages, in a therapy of connection through connection, considering the person through his or her different dimensions: body, emotions, mind.
My aim is to enable everyone to gently re-establish deep, authentic relationships with others that are more in tune and harmonious, and to (re)find a quality of presence with oneself and the world, while respecting one's needs and limits.
My coaching is aimed at adults seeking to live with greater freedom and who wish to move towards a new inner and relational balance in order to open up the field of possibilities.<\/p>\n
