I was first trained in different energy approaches:<\/p>\n

At the same time, I have been receiving initiation into the traditions of ancestral medicines for over 10 years.<\/p>\n
A path in which the voice as a therapeutic tool plays a central role.<\/p>\n
I then trained to become a Gestalt couple therapist and then an IR Psycho Practitioner.<\/p>\n
Today, the IR model and the polyvagal look are at the heart of my practice.<\/p>\n
They have created a keystone, a link between all the disciplines studied, enabling me to offer you holistic support.<\/p>\n
My intention today is to support the process that leads to autonomy and reconnection with the living in all its dimensions.<\/p>\n
It's a bonding-by-bonding therapy that aims to heal dissociation, repair attachment wounds, and restore enough security to take the reins of one's life back into one's own hands.<\/p>\n
