Aware that somatic energy is a \"law\" in our lives, I've done a lot of reading and taken energetic training courses.\u00a0<em>(Luc Bodin, among others),\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>on Listening\u00a0<em>(Carl Rogers)\u00a0<\/em>with a diploma as a Life Educator!<\/p>\n<p>Trained at RMT<em>\u00a0(Rhythmic Movement Therapeutic )\u00a0<\/em>with<em>\u00a0Dr. Bloomberg\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>Mo\u00efra Demsey<\/em>a technique that helps release traumatic memories from the body, to Stress Release Kinesiology and Brain Gym with\u00a0<em>Marie Matte\u00ef..<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sophrology came to me\u00bb in 2008, a technique based on body and mind! So off I went to Paris, to the Institut de Formation \u00e0 la Sophrologie de <em>Catherine Aliotta.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>So for over 12 years I've been immersed in energetics, Sophrology and Energetic Psychology, which came later as an obvious and indispensable complement.<\/p>\n<p>I've been trained by people whose hearts are full of humanity!<\/p>\n<p>Like <em>Jean-Michel Gurret<\/em> (EFT), <em>Marion Blique<\/em> (EFT- Egostates approach to IFS, Matrix Reimprinting), <em>Yves Wauthier<\/em> (Remap), <em>William Lammers <\/em>(Logosynthesis), <em>Dawson Churh<\/em> (Meditation and EFT, researcher but not only!), <em>Alain Delourme<\/em> (Group and individual supervision), <em>Joe Dispenza<\/em> and others.<\/p>\n<p>5 years ago I crossed paths with <strong><em>Fran\u00e7ois Le Doze<\/em>,<\/strong> IFS (Internal Family System) trainer. Having already worked with <em>Marion Blique<\/em> It was an obvious choice to follow this training. It led me to continue along the path of Relational Intelligence developed by Fran\u00e7ois with Stephen Porges' approach to Polyvagal Theory (TPV).<\/p>\n<p>The confidence of <em>Fran\u00e7ois Le Doze<\/em> has enabled me to become an IR assistant-facilitator on several occasions during her training courses over the past 3 years in Lyon!
