Trained engineer<\/span>, management positions, developing an expertise in the an approach that is both profoundly human-oriented<\/span>, structured <\/span>and integrating a systemic<\/span>.<\/p>\n

After more than 15 years in the corporate world, I decided to devote myself to coaching, based on a strong conviction: sustainable transformation requires a strong sense of responsibility. detailed understanding of our internal and relational mechanisms<\/span>.<\/p>\n

I started training as soon as 2014 at Internal Family Systems (IFS)<\/span> alongside Fran\u00e7ois Le Doze<\/span>, I've been following the development of the\u2019Relational Intelligence (RI)<\/span>.
I was also part of the Relationship Intelligence Leader (LIR)<\/span> et eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d’\u00eatre l’interpreter for its training courses <\/span>in Canada.<\/p>\n

I am trained at\u2019IFS up to level 3<\/span>, at the\u2019IFIO (couple coaching)<\/span>, to the Polyvagal theory (levels 1 and 2)<\/span> and the\u2019MOSAIC approach<\/span>.
I am also certified trainer in Non-Violent Communication (NVC)<\/span>.<\/p>\n

I accompany in my office and remotely<\/span>, in French and English<\/span>.<\/p>\n
