My aim is to enable everyone to gently re-establish deep, authentic relationships with others that are more in tune and harmonious, and to (re)find a quality of presence with oneself and the world, while respecting one's needs and limits.<\/p>\n
A travers ma formation de 6 ann\u00e9es au sein du PSYREM (Psych\u00e9 et Relation en Mouvement), j\u2019ai construit un parcours solide, tant th\u00e9orique, pratique que personnel. Je suis aujourd\u2019hui membre du PSYREM et continue \u00e0 me former afin d\u2019enrichir ma pratique. Dans l’accompagnement que je propose, je peux faire appel \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents outils: r\u00eave \u00e9veill\u00e9, symbolisation, dessin, photolangage, travail \u00e9motionnel, parts de soi (IFS – Richard Schwartz). Mais le fil rouge de ma pratique est toujours l’intelligence relationnelle (IR – Dr Fran\u00e7ois le Doze)<\/p>\n
L’IR a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 ma pratique de psychopraticienne relationnelle pour la rendre plus ancr\u00e9e encore dans le corps et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ce qui me permet de vous accompagner au plus pr\u00e9s de vos besoins et difficult\u00e9s, \u00e0 partir de qui vous \u00eates.<\/p>\n
As a relational psychotherapist, I have regular intervision sessions (analysis of practice between psychotherapists) and supervision (stepping back and learning with a supervisor), in order to take a step back and develop my practice.<\/p>\n
At the first meeting, we will determine the duration and regularity of the sessions.<\/p>\n
