My therapeutic approach, Relational Intelligence\u00ae, is based on neuroscience, polyvagal theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attachment theory. It aims to better understand what is at play in the nervous system, emotions and relationships, in order to accompany people through periods of tension, transition or questioning. Support is centered on listening, regulating the nervous system and building inner security, in a caring environment tailored to each individual's pace.<\/p>\n
Before practicing as a therapist, I was a Paris firefighter for several years. I worked in demanding environments, with the responsibility of accompanying and helping people in emergency situations.
