My name is Antoine Thuillier.
I'm an engineer from the Mines de Paris and I also have a background in management, with an MBA and a PhD from Paris Dauphine University. I've spent almost two decades helping companies make the ecological transition.
Over the years, I have also become aware of the importance of supporting individuals on their own journey. So I embarked on a training course in psychotherapy, adopting the Relational Intelligence® model.
My coaching is based on three convictions, underpinned by scientific knowledge of the neurobiology of relationships and trauma:
1/ The difficulties we encounter in our psychological, mental and emotional lives are often linked to dissociations more or less profound, traces left in our nervous system by past traumas (also more or less significant)
2/ Traumatic memory is not indelible, on the contrary, thanks to its capacity for neuroplasticity, our brain can reconfigure itself and let go of past beliefs or emotions that hinder us in the present
3/ This reconfiguration is in fact a regulation of the nervous system and it can take place in relationships with secure attachment figures
My role as a therapist is to guide you along this path of regulation, which necessarily involves a relationship: from you to yourself, but also from you to me.
I can meet you in the 17th arrondissement of Paris or by videoconference. Appointments are possible after 7pm from Monday to Wednesday and during the day on Thursday and Friday.
