At first, I worked on myself for a long time, through various body and voice therapies. When I discovered IFS (Internal Family System) and Relational Intelligence (IR®), I found the therapeutic bridges I was looking for between body and mind, as well as a great deal of clarity about my behaviors and my way of relating.

Visiting my shadows, meeting my parts, while connecting to the pleasure of inhabiting my body and exploring my nervous system naturally led me to train in Relational Intelligence. My training then enabled me to metabolize this inner work and put it to good use as a therapist.

After working for a long time in the environmental and urban nature sectors, in the corporate world and in the civil service, I decided to take on a different role and take the time to integrate this change of direction, by offering myself a year of slowing down between the Vosges and Paris.

And it's a space for slowing down and authenticity. that I'm keen to offer as a therapist, through support that focuses on the presence and simplicity of words and bodily sensations.
