I offer coaching in Relational Intelligence® for adults and teenagers in distance or face-to-face near Saint Brieuc.

I'm interested in IFS and IR® since 2020, following a series of meetings, readings, conferences and training courses that convinced me of the innovative, bold, relevant and powerful IR® approach.

There's clearly a before and after to IR® in my accompaniment and the person I am who no longer looks at life, his behaviors, thoughts and emotions in the same way. IR® has opened me up to a compassionate curiosity about myself, others and the world, and I'm keen to pass this on in my coaching to help you transform your life for the better and beyond.

I've been training continuously for 30 years to develop and reinforce my level of knowledge and skills. I can be away from the office to train myself and serve you better, and also to train future practitioners in the helping relationship and offer tools to welcome emotions. 

As a matter of ethics, I work on myself in IR therapy.®  and I am supervised in IR®in order to provide you with maximum availability in the therapeutic relationship with you.

I have followed and validated the entire STF curriculum with advanced levels for traumas, dissociations and attachment, then Adult Relationship Therapy to accompany couples or dyads (parent/child...).
