Always fascinated by the inner workings of life, I trained in Neurolinguistic Programming and Ericksonian Hypnosis. I refine my understanding of conscious and unconscious mechanisms, paying close attention to feelings and body language.
Then my encounter with and involvement in the Nonviolent Communication pathway fully opened up my commitment as a therapist; I entered into active listening, and an unconditional acceptance of what is.
With Internal Family Systems (IFS), I've gained access to what I've long sensed, and experienced, as an actress. We are multiple, and it's by meeting this multiple within ourselves, by welcoming these different parts of ourselves, that we gain resilience and peace.
Then I was introduced to IR Relational Intelligence. Developed on the basis of recent neuroscientific data on attachment disorders and the inclusion of neuroplasticity in the therapeutic process. IR enables a specific relational dynamic to be activated between patient and therapist, to safely approach attachment disorders and other multiple protections put in place by the patient at a very early stage.
I'm also training in impact therapy and psychopathology.
My practices of Hatha Yoga and mindfulness meditation amplify this impulse towards inner harmony, sensitizing me on more subtle levels to the specific needs of each request.
Over the course of my fifteen-year career, I have happily integrated these different processes, these soothing, enlightening and liberating approaches. This helps to create the clarity, confidence and peace of mind that are so essential to setting one's desires in motion and putting new possibilities into action.
