I am Relational Intelligence® Psycho-practitioner trained in systemics, transactional analysis and Process Communication. I accompany you in individual and couple sessions.
I invite you to come and see me if you feel stressed and anxious, if your past is invading you, if you feel held back in your development and in your relationships, if your difficulties are repeating themselves, if you are experiencing emotional overload, if you lack confidence in your abilities.
I welcome you unconditionally, without judgment, with your dark and light sides, and adapt to your rhythm.
I offer tailor-made support that combines cognitive work, work on the body and sensations, work on emotions and regulation of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) to bring body and mind into harmony.
The stable, fair therapeutic relationship we establish together enables you to feel supported and secure, and to repair past wounds and shortcomings.
It's about experiencing your inner security with me, rather than thinking about it, because this relational security is the foundation of lasting transformation and of the therapy I practice.
I've always had an attraction for people, I like to understand what people around me are going through, and I enjoy meeting people and building relationships. This personal inclination led me to study human resources at university, and I worked as an HR manager in a company for 15 years.
At the age of 40, I started my own business.
I continue to train (transactional analysis, systemics, narrative approach, process com, ....) and refine my approach to human relations, which has since guided my day-to-day work.
Because I believe in everyone's potential and capacity for resilience, I coach people towards greater self-awareness and professional alignment.
Because I believe in the power of connection and living together, I also enjoy working with groups and teams to help each member better understand themselves, express their needs and cooperate even when they are different.
At the end of the missions, clients repeatedly asked me to help them in their personal sphere. I then realized that I would be useful as a therapist, and that I could do even more profound and lasting work with them.
The roots of Relational Intelligence (RI) in the neurosciences of attachment and trauma convinced me, and I decided to train myself to support the complex issues of my clients, their couples and their families.
