Brief presentation

I am a psycho-practitioner in Relational Intelligence@ (R.I.) in a practice in Brignais and by videoconference.

  • Facilitator on IR training courses (basic and advanced modules) in Lyon or Paris.
  • Facilitator of Family and Systemic Constellations workshops

Detailed presentation

I trained in the Relational Intelligence model in 2020/21 and can offer you one-to-one face-to-face or video coaching. I also take part in practice groups during IR training courses as a facilitator, and I'm in continuing education as part of the certification process.

My personal path has led me to experiment with a variety of practices (Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Vipassana Meditation, Tantra, Free Dance), all of which are ways of returning to the Self and nourish my professional practice.

As part of my IR therapy support, I am supervised.
