Based in London, I offer both face-to-face and online training.
My open approach aims to create a safe space to explore your needs and move towards more presence in your life. I support you in cultivating a deeper connection with yourself and others, while respecting your authenticity and caring for others.
Relational Intelligence was a real revelation for me, one that continues to surprise me session after session.
In my experience, I have often observed how difficult it can be to feel fully connected to oneself and to others in a culture marked by dissociation. This realization led me to explore approaches capable of restoring this essential link. Relational Intelligence (RI) turned out to be profoundly revolutionary for me. At once simple, powerful and unique, it offers a framework that supports the calming of the nervous system, allows us to heal old wounds that have remained open, and restores our ability to inhabit the world as our authentic, living selves.
I pay particular attention to providing a space where topics often perceived as difficult or taboo can be explored safely and without judgment. Whether it's sexuality, consent or non-consent, gender issues, death, or the dynamics of race and class, I strive to create a respectful framework where every voice can be heard and every experience welcomed with gentleness and empathy. My intention is that these spaces support healing as well as inspiration and creativity in life, work and relationships.
Having spent almost ten years in Asia and seven in London, I was deeply enriched by these multicultural experiences, which nurtured my curiosity for human diversity and my ability to meet others in their own colors and nuances. These years of exchanges with a wide variety of cultures have enabled me to develop an open, inquisitive and sensitive ear, which today guides my practice as a therapist and mediator.
My intention is to accompany individuals not only on their inner journey, but also in the way they relate to others. My work is also inspired by Non-Violent Communication, with the aim of fostering an authentic and respectful dialogue, capable of transforming inner and relational conflicts into opportunities for mutual understanding.
Through my coaching, I aspire to embody a presence that honors the richness and complexity of the human being, while supporting a profound reconnection with oneself and with others. My wish is to offer a space where everyone can rediscover an inner unity and contribute, in their own way, to a world more alive and aligned with our essential needs.
