Fascinated by self-discovery and the resulting adventure in relationships with oneself and others, I decided 6 years ago, after the birth of my 1st child and the awareness that this implied, to change my professional activity and start training and individual coaching.

During these exciting years of learning, I've learned to see and love myself, and I've begun to find meaning in sharing the knowledge I've acquired.

Trained in the Relational Intelligence therapeutic model®NLP coaching, NVC, the systemic approach according to the Palo Alto school, and the Enneagram.

These years of training and discovery have considerably enriched my life and my practice, and enabled me to offer my patients support that is totally adapted to their needs.

Since then, I've been accompanying people who also want to see, understand and love themselves as they are, and to live fully and consciously.
