Brief presentation

I came across IFS in 2013 through my NVC practice, then IR in 2017. These methods were truly transformative for me. Your well-being depends on the health of your nervous system. It's fundamental to go through the body to heal deeply. This allows us to regain our life energy.

I offer you a caring quality of listening, based on presence, security and trust, while respecting your rhythm. 

I also offer somatic practices to help you regulate yourself in the event of a crisis. 

I offer therapy sessions for teenagers, adults and couples, either face-to-face or by video, in the Hyères area of the Var.

My accompaniment consists of helping you to create a secure relationship with yourself and with others, to recover your freedom of being and your love of yourself so that you can live the life that fulfills you.
