For as long as I can remember, I've believed that people are born "good" and that no one is fundamentally "bad". This belief fueled my great desire to help others, but the traditional psychology path didn't fit my multi-passionate nature. So I decided to explore a completely different path. Life has its own way of guiding us, and it sent me experiences that made me realize just how much I needed support. Too often, I reacted in a way that wasn't me, lost in an inner conflict I didn't understand.
It was then that I discovered Conscious Parenting and Non-Violent Communication (NVC). I was immediately drawn to the idea of training in NVC coaching, but a wise mentor kindly advised me to experience the process for myself before deciding whether this path was really for me. I took this advice to heart and enrolled in Conscientia Group's NVC integration program.
Along the way, I also discovered theIntelligence relationnelle® (relational intelligence)an approach that addresses all aspects of the human being and resonates with my holistic vision. So I jumped in with both feet! I'm constantly perfecting my skills, and to this day I'm continuing my training in coaching according to the principles of NVC.
Today, I accompany people through the eyes of someone who has traveled the path of self-discovery and personal development, and continues to do so.
One of my favorite quotes is, "Polyvagal theory is the art of feeling safe enough to dare to love life and live fully." - Deb Dana (personal translation)
