Brief presentation

I'm convinced that to connect with others, we must first be at peace with ourselves. Listening to and welcoming our wounded selves, or, more simply, gaining a clearer understanding of how we function, are essential if we are to live in harmony with ourselves and the world.

Detailed presentation

If you'd like to understand yourself better, free yourself from repetitive patterns or heal past wounds, I'd be happy to accompany you with kindness.
My name is Sébastien Mazzollo, and I'm a Relationship Intelligence therapist.
My rich and atypical career path was born of a quest for meaning and a deep-seated desire to reconnect with the very essence of human relationships.
In 2018, while working as a Gardien de la Paix in law enforcement (CRS), a back injury forced me to slow down and listen to what my body and emotions had been trying to tell me for a long time (my back is full of them). Acknowledging my malaise triggered a deep introspection that led me to explore different approaches to personal transformation.
My path first led me to Non-Violent Communication (NVC Mediation), a powerful tool that helped me relearn how to relate to myself and others more authentically. At the same time, I discovered sound massage with Tibetan bowls, a practice that made me aware of the vibratory dimension of the human being. I realized that every thought, word and emotion resonates within us and around us, influencing our overall balance.
It was IR (Relationship Intelligence) therapy that finally brought coherence to all my learning and aspirations.
Having benefited from this approach myself, it helped me heal deep wounds (traumas and attachment disorders) and rediscover inner harmony. This experience left a deep impression on me and inspired me to train in this method.
Today, I'm convinced of the power of this therapy, which relies on a secure dynamic between patient and therapist, integrating verbal and physical aspects (making explicit what is implicit).
My personal journey and my own transformations have shown me that it's possible to find inner peace and reconnect with who you really are.
Today, I'm driven by the desire to accompany people who are looking to find meaning in their lives, to reconnect with their inner selves, helping them to pay new attention to all facets of themselves.
If you feel called to this approach, I invite you to contact me so that together we can explore the path to your own fulfillment.
