I have an engineering background, I'm precise, rigorous and methodical, and I've learned to think quickly about complex problems. This has served me well and still serves me well in many areas, but in human relations it clearly wasn't enough.

Having followed a number of healing paths that gave me a taste of different tools, and choosing to retrain several years ago, I began by training in psychodrama, then in Non-Violent Communication (NVC), emotional regulation, IFS (Inner Family Systems), systemic organizational constellations, and it's finally in Relational Intelligence that I find the most valuable reference points for safe accompaniment in an individual therapeutic relationship.

My other passion is music, which enables me to connect with others and sow joy or movement, depending on the instrument and the place. I play accordion in EPHAD and I also play accordion and drums in two French rock bands.
