After many years of experimenting with a wide range of therapies and types of psychological support, in 2020 I came across theRelational Intelligence. At last, I felt I'd found a therapy that suited me perfectly and enabled me to transform my wounds with rapid and lasting effects. I like the balance it offers between psychological and scientific knowledgeand understanding of the body and nervous system, enabling access to a level of relational security with the therapist to deal with psychological issues. 

   This therapy combines the IFS (Internal Family System), polyvagal theory and attachment theory, and can be used in particular with trauma and attachment disorders. 

   Faced with the inner transformation that this therapy has enabled me to undergo, I felt the need to train myself so that I could offer to others what I was lucky enough to have encountered. I now offer individual coaching based on my training in NVC (Non-Violent Communication) and IR (Interpersonal Intelligence).
