For me, life is a sum of links, relationships and connections, to others but also and above all to oneself. And I position myself as support in your will to better understand yourself and free yourself from what holds you back from living life to the fullest.

• or even managing emotions that can be invasive and blocking (like anger, for example)
• or the absence of emotions and feelings, as if nothing really took hold.
