If you suffer from being an "ugly duckling",
and feel that you don't deserve to be valued and loved by others...
...you sometimes feel very anxious
...you sometimes feel that you're "not good enough" to be loved by others, whether in friendship or love.
... you can spend hours thinking about something you've said to someone and wondering how it was interpreted.
... you find it hard to create simple, natural, nourishing bonds with others.
... sometimes you don't dare. You're afraid of rejection. In groups, you feel transparent, non-existent. Or on the contrary, you take up too much space. But in all cases, you're "too much". You're "too much".
...You're very sensitive and empathetic. You don't always dare say no. You may even have a savior side. You may find it hard to set limits with toxic people.
... you feel, or have already felt, emotional dependence on someone.
... you'd like to be loved, appreciated and desired. You dream of authentic, intense relationships in your love or friendship life. That people invite you in... That they notice when you're away.
... because of all this, you are sometimes invaded by negative thoughts, by shame, anxiety or sadness.
A solution is possible.
It's possible that behind your suffering lie traumas or relational wounds experienced in the past.
Relational Intelligence can help you heal.
One day, I heard someone say a phrase that resonated with me so much:
"Your real life begins the day you are accompanied."
I then made a decision that has had a huge impact on my life:
I dared.
I dared to call a therapist and have theIR (Relational Intelligence).
Today I think I'm a great duck. I love the person I am. And I firmly believe that I can be loved by others. I've found inner peace again, and the anxiety is gone.
Perhaps you too are on the verge of making a decision that could have a positive impact on your life?
My name is Jean-François
I was a maths teacher for several years. I loved this job, I loved my students, I was happy in my professional life.
I spent a year in a Buddhist monastery (Le Village des Pruniers) training in active listening, communication and mindfulness meditation.
Following this experience, I became a certified coach and Relationship Intelligence therapist.
Relational Intelligence and Village des Pruniers transformed me.
I experienced a very gentle, very gradual, very deep-rooted, but very profound transformation.
Today I can say it: I love who I am, and my anxiety and invasive mind leave me in peace.
I even love the parts of me that I once rejected:
- I love my hypersensitivity.
- I like my spiritual side. For me, there's something mysterious about this universe, which leaves me deeply contemplative.
Even if others may see me as "perched".
I love who I am.
I feel safe inside.
I feel safe in my relationships with others. My fear of rejection has subsided. I can dare to connect with others in a fluid, natural way.
Today I accompany my clients and patients on this path to self-love and inner peace.
My priority is your safety.
So that you can experience safety in relationships.
For it is this experience that produces healing.
It is this experience that allows us to truly deal with our deepest wounds and traumas at an emotional level.
I'll take you to the land of safety
How will you know you're safe?
Let yourself be guided by your body's compass.
I'll often ask you "what's going on in your/your body right now?"
The experience of safety is sometimes an astonishing one, when you experience it for the first time in real life.
