We all go through difficult times, conflicts, isolation, a loss, a break-up, exhaustion or questions to which we can't find the answers... At such times, we need support and connection. 

For we human beings are beings of relationship. We need a connection with others from the moment we are born, and it's vital.

The quality or deficiency of this link will leave an imprint on our behavior; some of it is inappropriate today, but we find it hard to shake off. 

Understanding these sometimes unconscious mechanisms enables us to move towards change, to renew dialogue and to calm ourselves, in ourselves and in our relationships, as a couple, in the family, at work, in our various activities.

The bond is therefore at the heart of my approach; it will be woven between you and me, to move towards a relationship of trust within a framework of respect and security.
