My name is Franck, I'm 51 years old, with 3 children, and nothing thrills me more today than bringing out the best in others, seeing them transform, and tasting that feeling of freedom and security.

For the past 17 years, I've been creating atypical itinerant venues (tents, world creations) in the cultural sector.

I'm also a storyteller.

Over time, I organized my personal and family life towards greater autonomy and freedom. And this freedom obviously began at home....

Fascinated by everything to do with consciousness, cognitive mechanisms and the behaviours that stem from them, I've spent a lot of time on the road to "self-knowledge".

The discovery of the "Relational Intelligence" model enabled me to put words and clear protocols to the workings of our inner system. Above all, it has enabled me to shed light on this complex world, so that I am no longer dependent on my own survival mechanisms.

For me, it was the missing link to really experience structural change, to be able to accompany it, and to put these years of inner practice at the service of others...

The therapist's horizontal posture and conscious commitment contribute to a relational quality that moves me and makes me grow every day. 

The therapist is not the "knower"; he or she welcomes the patient's universe and brings to light the processes involved, making them explicit. It's "together" that we help to re-establish adjusted and adapted functioning for our entire system.

Inspired by NVC and various spiritual practices, a former "risk reduction" counsellor in the party scene, trained in shared governance and practicing restorative circles, the quality of the relationship is for me central to its capacity to be "in connection". 

Relational Intelligence, inspired by the I.F.S (Internal Family System) and polyvagal theory, represents for me today both an innovative therapy based on neuroscience, and an incredibly effective humanistic practice on the road to healing.
