For a long time now, the mind/body link has been inseparable for me. Aware that somatic energy is a "law" in our lives, I've done a lot of reading and taken energetic training courses. (Luc Bodin, among others),  on Listening (Carl Rogers) with a diploma as a Life Educator!

Trained at RMT (Rhythmic Movement Therapeutic ) with Dr. Bloomberg and Moïra Demseya technique that helps release traumatic memories from the body, to Stress Release Kinesiology and Brain Gym with Marie Matteï..

Sophrology came to me" in 2008, a technique based on body and mind! So off I went to Paris, to the Institut de Formation à la Sophrologie de Catherine Aliotta.

So for over 12 years I've been immersed in energetics, Sophrology and Energetic Psychology, which came later as an obvious and indispensable complement.

I've been trained by people whose hearts are full of humanity!

Like Jean-Michel Gurret (EFT), Marion Blique (EFT- Egostates approach to IFS, Matrix Reimprinting), Yves Wauthier (Remap), William Lammers (Logosynthesis), Dawson Churh (Meditation and EFT, researcher but not only!), Alain Delourme (Group and individual supervision), Joe Dispenza and others.

5 years ago I crossed paths with François Le Doze, IFS (Internal Family System) trainer. Having already worked with Marion Blique It was an obvious choice to follow this training. It led me to continue along the path of Relational Intelligence developed by François with Stephen Porges' approach to Polyvagal Theory (TPV).

The confidence of François Le Doze has enabled me to become an IR assistant-facilitator on several occasions during her training courses over the past 3 years in Lyon! Including the one in 2021!
