Brief presentation

I work with all kinds of people, individuals and groups, in the Dordogne, at my office and also remotely, via Zoom.

Certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication, trained in the HEART approach (Hakomi Embodied and Aware Relationship Training) and in Relational Intelligence. I've also been a student of the Diamond Approach since 2008.

I'm supervised.

ENGLISH:

I offer individual and group support, in English or French, at my practice in the Dordogne region and remotely via Zoom.

I'm a Certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication since 2016, trained in the HEART approach (Hakomi Embodied and Aware Relationship Training) and in Relational Intelligence. I am a student of the Diamond Approach since 2008.

My dream is to contribute to a more unified, 'associated' world, populated by humans connected to their resources of resilience, creativity and compassion.

NVC, with which I've been coaching groups for 10 years, gives me the tools to rediscover trust and joy in relationships.

Today, I feel honored to accompany in therapy other people who want to understand what hinders their unfolding and who wish to liberate a well-being with oneself and a simple and secure appreciation in relationships with others and in the world.
