After studying Ecology, my desire to help the planet turned to teaching. I trained in Steiner-Waldorf pedagogy and worked in several schools (Avignon, Geneva, Toulouse) for almost 11 years. This rich, intense and formative experience enabled me to accompany children aged 6 to 14 in their development, as well as their parents. 

On a more personal note, after more than 20 years of various explorations in search of the kind of guidance that would make me feel good, fulfilled, confident and free, it was in 2021 that I discovered - at last! This marked the start of a radical paradigm shift in my approach to life. This deep and engaging inner work gave me clarity about my inner workings, enabled me to emerge from a state of exhaustion and chronic depression, gave me concrete tools to move forward more serenely on a daily basis, and today enables me to create the life I want to live, with joy, humor and security in connection.

I no longer undergo my life, I create it, discover it and go through trials with curiosity and confidence in the lessons that come from them.

When I discovered the power of the IR model and the profound transformation I experienced thanks to it, I felt the call to train and support those who wish to take their turn on this path of liberation and return to Self.
