Therapist - Trainer in Human Relations (CNV Approach)

Brief presentation

"I don't understand why I'm reacting this way".

"No matter how much I reason with myself and tell myself that there's no reason to put myself in this state, it's stronger than me".

"I suffer from being stuck, I see myself eternally reproducing the same patterns in my relationships and I'd like to do things differently but I don't have the means."

"Sometimes I doubt that change is possible because I've already tried, without success."

That's what you may experience before you meet Relational Intelligence. This therapy makes sense of this phenomenon. What we experience in the present is often linked to our history. Our bodies don't always know the difference, which explains the discrepancies or inner conflicts we may feel.

With Relational Intelligence, I support you in three ways:

Bonding therapy: Sometimes we've learned to cope alone. In this therapy, I'm present and committed to accepting everything you're going through. It's the reparation within the therapeutic relationship that enables deep-seated change.

A neurobiological approach: I help you to discover and tame your Autonomic Nervous System, which governs your automatic reactions. The Relational Intelligence approach uses neuroplasticity to help these reactions evolve so that they are better adapted to the present moment and in line with your aspirations.

Helping you regain your resources: Every human being has the resources within. Suffering sometimes prevents us from accessing them. When this suffering is welcomed, recognized and we understand what it expresses, we can rediscover confidence, security, joy and the desire to live new experiences. I help you connect with your resources so that you can find autonomy in your relationship with yourself and with others.

Detailed presentation

Touched by relationships from an early age, I began my career as a social worker. For 6 years, I supported parents living in isolation and precariousness in the exercise of their parenthood.

It was during this career that I came across Non-Violent Communication, which I now pass on at the University of Lille, in training centers for therapists, in associations, in companies... I'm passionate about this involved profession, which enables me to feed my curiosity about human beings and relationships. I work with groups to look at our relational habits and develop the ability to listen and be aware of our needs in order to live relationships of equivalence.

At the same time, I offer coaching in my office or online, because I'm convinced that to get through life we sometimes need support. I like the quote I've been given: "Being competent doesn't mean knowing how to do everything, it also means knowing how to recognize your limits". I'm convinced that human beings have powerful resources, and that these resources are deployed through secure bonds.

A vision of committed and honest relationships: Whatever my role, I put into practice what I transmit on a daily basis. Above all, I do it because it suits me, gives me the pleasure of living my life and the courage to overcome difficulties. It also gives me a living, embodied approach to the various processes. I also receive coaching and supervision in Relational Intelligence.
