I trained as an engineer, and my scientific background has deeply nourished my wonder and curiosity about the world, while providing me with a background on which to build.
Parenthood subsequently led me to develop a passion for communication and psychology: understanding relationships, the construction of the psyche, and supporting them. Dithering between experimenting with positive parenting and the difficulty of embodying my educational aspirations, Non-Violent Communication came to enlighten me with new reference points, and provided me with concrete means to feel more aligned between my words, my actions and my intentions.
At the same time, the discovery of IFS opened the way for me to train as a psychopratician, deepening my knowledge of NVC. I then left my job as a forestry engineer to devote myself to individual coaching and psychotherapy combining IFS, CNV and now IR. Deeply moved by the way inner difficulties can sometimes be tricky to unravel, I like to weave together the insights, understanding and security that can open up new perspectives, and help people to make the most of their lives. in fine to get life moving again where it has been blocked.
I've been training in NVC and IFS since 2014, including IFS levels 1 and 2 in 2017 and 2021, an individual coaching curriculum with NVC over 2017-2020, and NVC trainer training. As I discovered for myself the extent of the contributions of polyvagal theory, attachment theory and IR, and their complementarity with the foundations I had built, I began training in them from 2020.
I'm convinced of the need to cross perspectives in order to continue questioning and consolidating my practice, so I'm involved in ongoing training and supervision.
