I am trained in Relational Psychotherapy as well as in Relational Intelligence (RI) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

The secure relationship established with IR enables me to provide the gentle, caring support that lies at the heart of my practice.

IR can unblock a blocking situation in just a few sessions.

I see adults, couples, teenagers and children in my office or remotely.
