Brief presentation

As a clinical psychologist for the past 20 years, I've always been committed to ensuring that everyone has access to support, so that they never feel alone. My aim is to help everyone to find their inner beauty, to access what's special in themselves and to find their own resources.

Everyone has the potential to heal their wounds. I'm here to help you access it.

Visit trust and the safety are the keys to possible support.

Consultations can be face-to-face near Toulouse or by videoconference. I welcome babies, children, teenagers and adults on an individual basis. I also accompany couples and families, taking care to welcome each person in the system. I also support parents in their parenting.

My aim in accompanying you is to help you live in peace and harmony with yourself and your environment, to regain the power of yourself.

Detailed presentation

A clinical psychologist for 20 years, I began training in 2018 in new approaches, focusing more on emotions and needs, attachment bonds and the body: the Relational Intelligence psychotherapeutic model.® (IR), Polyvagal Theory, Non-Violent Communication® (NVC), the IFS model (Inner Family System). I use these approaches to support you, as well as Attachment Theory and the contribution of neuroscience.

Today, these different approaches enable me to specialize in the healing of complex psychological trauma, as well as attachment disorders.
