Brief presentation

My name is Emilie, I'm 41 years old and I'm passionate about the workings of the human being and its incredible potential. My mission is to help people who wish to do so to blossom, to get to know themselves better by moving forward in their lives in a concrete way and with greater autonomy.

Relational Intelligence enables us to welcome an uncomfortable situation, to understand it and to give it a place (in the body/emotions as well as in the mind) in order to establish a connection and security, and to be able to readjust and adapt our behavior.

Humanist Coaching is different. It enables us to support people in achieving their full potential while attaining their goals/projects, because we connect them to their deepest values and support them in taking concrete action to move forward.

Detailed presentation

FOR WHOM : both people who are more "mental", running the situation over and over in their heads without being able to make sense of it and/or cut off from their body, and people overwhelmed by emotions/feelings/behaviours and who can't find a way to get out of them

HOW: we create a safe space in which you can explore your emotions and reflections in peace, I help you to welcome what's happening inside you and make sense of it, you learn as you go along to recreate the link between your head, your heart and your body in order to restore your own inner security TO TEAM UP WITH YOURSELF.
