Detailed presentation

Welcome to you and all your facets!

Je suis thérapeute en psychautraumas avec une approche féministe et queer prenant en compte les oppressions systémiques. A côté, je travaille également à temps partiel comme juge-assesseure à la Cour nationale du droit d'asile et comme formatrice en Communication nonviolente.

I'm very curious and love to learn, so I like to think "out-of-the-box", mixing several disciplines. I use the range of knowledge, experience and tools at my disposal to support you as closely as possible to your needs. I'm keen to welcome you in all your states of being, and for us to work together to find the approach that suits you best.

My toolbox is nourished by my many past life experiences: trained in political and social sciences, I worked for 5 years as a humanitarian in war-torn or post-conflict countries on issues linked to reconciliation, minority rights and intercultural issues. On my return to France, I turned to consulting in societal innovation at the crossroads of the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) and the private sector, while at the same time taking on the voluntary presidency of a popular education association for 16-20 year-olds, Zellidja. These years of professional experience taught me that conflict resolution had to start with myself. This gradually led me to Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a powerful tool for peace and dialogue. It was as I deepened my knowledge of NVC that I felt the need to equip myself to go one step further, into trauma healing. That's when I resolutely branched out into mental health and Relational Intelligence therapy.

Today, I combine my growing passion for words, expressed in my work as a therapist and NVC trainer (bringing "healing words" into the world), with my passion for healing through the body: I've been training for over 4 years in body care, Tui-Na and Shiatsu, which I practice separately but which feed into my overall thinking. I'm convinced that it's by reassociating body and mind that healing occurs, and Relational Intelligence is a very powerful tool for this.

Complement

  • Trainer in Non-violent communication inspired by Marshall Rosenberg. I've been training in NVC since 2021, notably with Véronique Gaspard and Yoram Mosenzon, two trainers who inspire me in very different ways: one for the political and sociological dimension of its transmission, the other for the emphasis placed on unconditional welcome and connection to the body(ies). For several years now, I've been organizing empathy pairs and practice groups videoconferencing and face-to-face (+700 hours of training and practice).
  • Practitioner of Tui-Na and ShiatsuI trained at Bernard Bouheret's Ecole de Shiatsu Thérapeutique (E.S.T.), a 4-year training program that includes workshops in hospitals for its students, who practice on nursing and administrative staff. I have more than 100 hours of experience working in hospitals and with private individuals.
  • PSSM diploma (Mental Health First Aid)
  • Volunteer with the Zellidja association (youth, travel and emancipation) and Innovation Citoyenne en Santé Mentale - Facettes (mental health for young people)
