Feminist and queer psychotherapist, trained in Relational Intelligence® and Nonviolent Communication® (NVC)
Welcome to you and all your facets!
I am a psychautraumas therapist with a feminist and queer approach that takes into account systemic oppressions. I also work part-time as a judge-assessor at the National Asylum Court and as a trainer in Nonviolent Communication.
I'm very curious and love to learn, so I like to think "out-of-the-box", mixing several disciplines. I use the range of knowledge, experience and tools at my disposal to support you as closely as possible to your needs. I'm keen to welcome you in all your states of being, and for us to work together to find the approach that suits you best.
My toolbox is nourished by my many past life experiences: trained in political and social sciences, I worked for 5 years as a humanitarian in war-torn or post-conflict countries on issues linked to reconciliation, minority rights and intercultural issues. On my return to France, I turned to consulting in societal innovation at the crossroads of the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) and the private sector, while at the same time taking on the voluntary presidency of a popular education association for 16-20 year-olds, Zellidja. These years of professional experience taught me that conflict resolution had to start with myself. This gradually led me to Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a powerful tool for peace and dialogue. It was as I deepened my knowledge of NVC that I felt the need to equip myself to go one step further, into trauma healing. That's when I resolutely branched out into mental health and Relational Intelligence therapy.
Today, I combine my growing passion for words, expressed in my work as a therapist and NVC trainer (bringing "healing words" into the world), with my passion for healing through the body: I've been training for over 4 years in body care, Tui-Na and Shiatsu, which I practice separately but which feed into my overall thinking. I'm convinced that it's by reassociating body and mind that healing occurs, and Relational Intelligence is a very powerful tool for this.
Alongside my therapeutic practice, I continue to volunteer for the Zellidja association, while at the same time having joined a young and very fine mental health association for young people: Innovation citoyenne en santé mentale (ICSM), which has created the Facettes Festival.
