Discover The Intelligence Relationnelle® model !
Two introductory days
Join us for an introduction to the foundational principles of the Relational Intelligence® psychotherapy model through a set of presentations and supervised practicums. Developed by François Le Doze, the method is based on the latest advances in neuroscience to promote trauma healing and the regulation of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS).

- Discover how trauma influences emotional and relational regulation.
- Explore practical approaches under the supervision of experienced assistants.
- Access the theoretical and practical foundations to evaluate the potential of this approach.
- Assess whether enrolling in the IR training pathway could enrich your therapeutic practice.
What You Will Learn:
- The neurobiological foundations of Relational Intelligence®.
- The role of attachment theory and the ANS in helping relationships.
- An innovative application of Polyvagal Theory to psychotherapy.
- The importance of relational safety in therapeutic support work.

The two days aim to:
1. introduce the basics of Relational Intelligence®
2. enable participants to experience certain aspects of it within supervised practice groups.
This model is based on the neurobiological mechanisms related to attachment theory and the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which govern relational safety and influence our ability to cope with trauma. Over the course of these two days, you will gain an understanding of the origins and impact of trauma on the ANS, and explore therapeutic approaches grounded in relational safety, aimed at supporting ANS re-association and promoting the trauma healing process. These approaches also provide deeper insight into how the ANS responds to relational engagement, offering a practical framework for assessing their effectiveness in a therapeutic context.
These contributions will be presented with consideration for current neuroscience findings in the field of psychological trauma. Relational Intelligence® is an associative neurobiological psychotherapy method that works directly with the brain to heal the effects of trauma and to restore the autonomic nervous system’s innate capacities for emotional and relational regulation.
François Le Doze, creator of the Intelligence Relationelle® model, will provide an overview of the approach, accompanied by experienced assistants. You will be invited to explore the associative dimension through guided practices led by these assistants, who will explain each essential step of an Intelligence Relationelle® psychotherapy session. These practices are designed to deepen your understanding of the key concepts while offering a hands-on experience of the processes at work.
At the end of these two days, you will leave with both theoretical insights and practical experience that will help you better understand the principles of this approach, consider its therapeutic potential, and appreciate the value of pursuing further training in it.
